Biography
Hi! I'm Soaf (short for Sophie), a Bath, Bristol & Somerset based make-up & hair artist, working in weddings and events, with a background in film, TV and corporate productions.
This variety of work has allowed me to experience working with so many skin types and tones, in all different situations, allowing me to develop a whole range of skincare, make-up, hair and social skills! If you're looking for a competent, confident and calm make-up artist, you've come to the right place!

Alongside make-up application I also offer brow and lash services at my salon in Bath and one-to-one make-up consultations, helping my clients choose the perfect skincare products to enhance their skin and make-up colours and textures to suit their tone - as well as application techniques to become more comfortable and confident when applying their own make-up.​
I run prosthetic make-up workshops for groups of 5-50, either in schools or at local events - please get in touch for more information.

I should also mention the stylists who work at my hair salon in Bath, who create fantastic cuts & colours, as well as joining me for wedding hair stylings.
When on film and TV jobs, I generally specialise in special effects and prosthetic make-up application, but I am trained and experienced in make-up, basic hair, basic barbering, afro hair, wigs and postiche.

I have been in the industry for over of ten years, have an FdA & BA Honors degree in media make-up and have also completed the following courses:
